Once you contact the scammers you are asked to wire first and last months rent via Western Union. These properties are not actually for rent and in many instances these ads will get your attention by posting the monthly rent at a substantially lower value and are also written in broken English.

Never send money without viewing your rental property and meeting your land lord in person.
